Bizarre footage out of Afghanistan appears to show members of the Taliban using bumper cars and a merry-go-round after taking over the country. The video was shared on the Twitter page of Middle Eastern news source Mulhak, the caption roughly translating to "members of the Taliban exercise in gym hall in the presidential palace.
